Midway is a Christ centered, loving and working church where a sweet spirit is immediately evident among the people. God has blessed Midway since its beginning and we are excited about where the Lord is leading us.
 
 

Fundamental Baptist

Midway Baptist Church is an established, local, independent, fundamental Baptist Church teaching and preaching the Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ through traditional, enduring, and distinctive Baptist doctrines. Midway is independent from any convention or national organization.

Our prayer is that upon your visit to Midway, you will find a church where time honored values are cherished, and the distinctive principles of the Baptist doctrine are taught.
 
 
 
 

WHAT WE BELIEVE

  • We believe that there is one, and only one, living and true God, the maker and supreme ruler of heaven and earth.
  • We believe in the deity and the sinless humanity of Jesus Christ, who is none other than God the Son manifest in the flesh, and in whom all the fullness of the Godhead dwells forever.
  • We believe the whole Bible, from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21 is the verbally inspired and infallible complete Word of God.
  • We believe salvation is by grace plus nothing, minus nothing, and once saved, always saved; that all men are sinners needing a Saviour.

midway church covenant

Not many churches, even Baptist Churches, openly promote or make public their church covenant.  But at Midway we believe it is important.  A church covenant is an agreement by members of a Church whereby they promise to conduct their lives in such a way as to glorify God and promote the ongoing of His church. Members are encouraged to study it carefully, refer to it often, and seek to live by it daily.
